Three types of standard "Dingsheng" series lift:RN series (economy), RN-F series (flange), and RN-FF series (flange dust-proof).
The "DingSheng" electric Synchronous lifting device is a derivative of the standard lift, which is driven by the motor and the coupling connection, turning the drive shaft in the middle to make the rack and gear do vertical movement, so as to complete the synchronous and smooth lifting.

  Structure and performance of the Synchronous lifting device  
①The "Dingsheng" Synchronous lifting device is a mechanical structure composed of gear and rack, gearbox connection shaft and other accessories. It is a mechanism unit used to keep the upper and lower surfaces synchronized when moving up and down.
②The interior of the gearbox by a set of gears engaged with each other, high precision engagement produces little noise.
③When the mechanism unit moves up and down, it can move normally when subject to a deviation within 30%.
④"Dingsheng" Synchronous lifting device is in a passive type, with the external connection of the cylinder, hydraulic unit, wire rod or screw connection motor as a power source, playing a guiding and synchronous role.

  Operation principle of the Synchronous lifting device  
"Dingsheng" series of Synchronous lifting device is relying on the linkage between the gear and the rack. After passive lifting, it can ensure that four or more support points synchronous lifting, to achieve a smooth lifting of the working platform.
The synchronization error of the four support points is a minimum of up to 0.3mm~0.5mm.

  Use of synchronous lifting device

2、"Dingsheng" company solemnly reminds: you in the design of the liting mechanism of the upper support platform, the need to calculate the total mass of its objects, should consider increasing the strength of the support.
3、When you select the type, you should fully consider the object mass and the total weight of the platform mass.
4、When stacking items on the supporting platform, the center position should be ensured as far as possible, SO as not to affect the serice life of the synchronous lifting device.
5、"Ding- sheng" reminder: if you choose Motor Drive mode, it is recommended to do electrical control and limit switch double protection design to avoid Synchronous lifting device overrun, Causing deformation and damage to device accessories.

  RN series Synchronous lifting device installation matters  
Installation of Synchronous lifting device super long center distance: recommended to install UCP Spherical surface ball bearing with seat bearing (1. default domestic; import optional 2. Customer designated seat bearing optional, such as KFL bearing, UFL bearing, etc.)
After adding UCP Spherical surface ball bearing with seat bearing, see attached figure for gasmodel (default nickel plating; stainless steel 304 optional)
Synchronized lift flange type upper dust cover (optional): A= (shortest overall height size) is supplied by the supplier
Synchronized lift flange type up dust cover (optional): A= (Actual effective stroke size) is supplied by the supplier
Synchronized lift transmission deep groove ball bearing (domestic or imported by default)
Synchronized lift fastening screws (default grade 12.9 blackened screws; stainless steel screws optional)

  RN series Synchronous lifting device installation matters  
Confirmation of the central distance
The deviation is ±1mm from the center of the Synchronous lifting device, so when the frame is installed, the size deviation can be adjusted within the specified range.
Machining of the assembly surfaces
In order to ensure the operation accuracy of the lifting mechanism and ensure the horizontal consistency of the initial state of the mechanism, the installation surface of the synchronous lift should be processed uniformly first. The frame structure is welded before the installation, and the installation surface should be processed through the surface after the welding to ensure the consistent level of the Synchronous lifting device after the installation of the synchronous lift.
Remove the upper and lower shaft end gaps
When the drive source uses a single-stroke cylinder or hydraulic cylinder, first process the Synchronous lifting device installation surface or install the elastic pad, and adjust the upper and lower axle end clearance of the four or more lifts to the same level. 
Note for installing the Synchronous lifting device base
When adding the Synchronous lifting device base, if the installation bolt is twisted at the beginning, the Synchronous lifting device center distance is easy to shift changes, and then, the rack and gear will be loaded. The installation bolt should be slightly loosened first, and then twisted after lifting debugging, So as to make the operation more flexible.
